| You asked the question with the assumption that everyone feels that nude is bad. In Europe beaches are topless, there are nude paintings in churches and they commonly have semi nude images on TV. Nobody thinks anything about it. Not everyone wants to teach their guys that there is something wrong their body being seen. Kids don't naturally think twice about it unless adults are making a fuss. Generally their just not interested other than curiosity about what someone doesn't want them to see. If you take a box and tell a guy they should never look in it, what do you think they will do as soon as your back is turned. Kids watch every reaction an adult has to a situation and I had to deal with this because I am a photographer. Part of the work I do is nude. My wife and I didn't bring it up in front of the guys at first (13 and 15), but they are not stupid. They realized there was something different between a shoot they were on and ones they weren't. So we had to tell them why they were not on certain shoots. This starts the paradoxes. If they are not allowed there, then something must be wrong about it, but their parents are doing it and it is the same type of images that are in art museums, which they are allowed in. Stand in an art mueseum near the nude paintings and watch the guys eyes. Most of them want to look out of curiousity, but they try not to let anybody see them look even though someone told them it is ok in this format. The paradoxes that they have been presented are very confusing and the impressions continue into later life. Do you remember the first time you had to get undressed for a doctor? You are probably still uncomfortable with it. We decided that shooing them out everytime we were working was giving them a non verbal message that something was wrong. Our solution was to make it much simpler. Just to tell them there is nothing wrong with the human body but that we still have to respect what other people are comfortable with. They are allowed to be in the studio if the model is comfortable with it. In practice, they don't hang around just to see the model. They come in if they need to bring me something, or ask me a question, then they run off to do something they are more interested in. They don't suddenly go running down the street naked and they don't hang arround staring. The mystery is gone, so it is no big deal. |

| FOUNDATION EXPERTS - PLEASE HELP! "BEYONCE-FINISH" FOUNDATION WANTED.? (The description is a little long, but please read through because I've added a lot of detail and am being very specific with what I need) I'm 18 and I have been using MAC studio fix fluid (NC40) & studio fix powder (NC43) for around 2 years now. I don't like in anymore, I just can't seem to find what is better to match what I'm looking for! Ok so I find the MAC to be a bit too thick, fake looking, and a little TOO matte/powdery. I like my face to look natural, glowy, but still smooth, very even, flawless and great coverage. (Not similar to how I look with no makeup, otherwise there's no point buying) The celebrity I've seen mainly with this type of look is Beyonce. The result of her with no makeup compared to with makeup is exactly what I'm looking for. She has a paler face with some un-even tones but when she has her foundation on it looks so natural but also evens out & tans her facial skin to match her body perfectly, looking flawless with a nice glowy airbrush finish & not looking piled on. (It looks like it's her skin!) I'm not exactly "black" or "white" if you know what I mean, I'm eastern european and am quite tanned like Italian, although I always protect my face from the sun so it's much lighter than my body which I hate..! So when I get foundation I need it to still have good colour & coverage to match my neck & rest of my skin perfectly. I never get pimples or anything either, unless its the occasional 1 or 2 when its that time of month. My skin isn't oily nor dry, it's normal/smooth. Sometimes foundation looks either too pink or too orange compared to the rest of me, So im looking for a nice olive-brown based foundation. One thats not shiny, not too powdery and fake, and looks very smooth, even, effective, glowy, natural, air brush finish. It can be either high-end or drug store (just not TOO much like for photoshoot because thats ridiculous to buy for an everyday makeup if it costs like $500 o_O) One more thing, I live in queensland, Australia. So whatever it is either must be able to be bought in some shops here or easily online via ebay or any other online shop where you can use paypal (not credit).
